A large diaphragm microphone is designed for sound recording studios and reinforcement at cin-ema, TV and radio and at performance centers such as religious facilities and stages. It has the flat fre-quency response at the wide frequency range.
The microphone was worked out and applied in industry in 2004. It is designed according to the modular principle: as the microphone preliminary amplifier with the replaceable microphone capsule on it.
The microphone is successfully used for vocal recording, as instrumental - for recording of acoustic and electric guitar, small drum, other instruments. The positive responses about the MK-101 are got from the Russian sound producers and musicians.
The microphone is complicated with the "-10dB" pad.
Textured nickel or matt-black finish. Factory-matched stereo pairs are available.
It is recommended to use the shock mount AM-20 with the MK-101.
Requirements to acoustic parameters of stereo pairs:
- Their sensitivity at the frequency of 1000 Hz may vary no more than 2dB
- The difference between sensitivity at the frequency range must be no more than 3dB
