This model is the novelty of 2005. Oktava continues to realize its designing development in it. In the condenser cardioid microphone MK-102 the same preamplifier and one of the best capsules with large diaphragm are used.
We recommend this studio microphone for quiet pathetic vocal, and also there are positive re-sponses concerning the usage of the MK-102 as instrumental (overhead).
Textured nickel finish. Factory-matched stereo pairs are available.
It is recommended to use the shock mount AM-20 with the MK-102.
Requirements to acoustic parameters of stereo pairs:
- Their sensitivity at the frequency of 1000 Hz may vary no more than 2dB
- The difference between sensitivity at the frequency range must be no more than 3dB
