The microphone has the capsule of an original design and brass body of "retro" design.
The embedded switch provides a choice of cardioid, "eight" or circle polar pattern.
The microphone was worked out and applied in industry in 2003 and absorbed the best Oktava's achievements in the sphere of high quality sound transmission.
Even the most strict sound producers won't be disappointed with the technical data of MKL-5000 and the connoisseurs of the high quality sound will remember the special timbre of this microphone, its warm and confidential sound. ÌKL-5000 is suitable for creation of the unique image of elocutionists and announcers, and is successfully used for vocal and chorus recording.
The feeding device BP-100 is used to power the amplifier's anodic and filament circuits and for creation of polarizing voltage on microphone capsule. The device works from the mains supply of direct and alternating current at the frequency of 50/60 Hz, 85-242 V
Textured matt-black finish. Factory-matched stereo pairs are available.
It is recommended to use shock mount AM 65/27
Requirements to acoustic parameters of stereo pairs:
- Their sensitivity at the frequency of 1000 Hz may vary no more than 2dB
- The difference between sensitivity at the frequency range must be no more than 3dB
